This is a rare original carte de visite (CdV) photograph of the great Old Tom Morris. Wonderful, clear image of Old Tom. From the photographer H. Gordon in Aberdeen, Scotland. "H. Gordon" and "Aberdeen" on front, and Gordon's photography studio information on reverse. It looks like Gordon's studio was located at 3 Belmont Street in Aberdeen from 1876 to 1887, which would date this CdV to that time period. Measures the standard CdV size of 2 1/2" x 4".
