This is a high grade set of early 1930s MacGregor Masters 30 woods - consisting of a Driver, Brassie, and Spoon. This stunningly beautiful set was extraordinarily expensive and apparently did not sell well. To collectors, however, the beauty has stood the test of time.
The set offered here is exceptional. These clubs are normally prone to condition issues, especially a fading of the black. But the offered examples are very high quality. Persimmon wood heads with black Mac-Oid inserts and face. Ivory back weights.
