Of Tiger's 15 Major Championship victories, the "99 Medinah" flag is far and away the hardest to obtain (yes, even rarer than the 1997 Masters flag). And when a signed flag can be found, it's almost always a recently-signed example. But offered here is a flag that was clearly signed by Tiger around the time of the tournament, as his signature changed dramatically only months later.
