Lot Description  

Jack Nicklaus has received countless awards and honors over his career as a professional golfer, but nothing compares to the honor bestowed upon him a few years ago. The Royal Bank of Scotland issued £5 notes with the Golden Bear's image. The Royal Bank of Scotland has been open since 1727, and Jack Nicklaus is the first living person to ever appear on a Scottish note besides Her Majesty the Queen, and the late Queen Mother. This particular note has been graciously signed by Jack Nicklaus. Comes in its original presentation folder. Comes with a letter from Jack Nicklaus' office.
