Offered here is a rare authentic early autograph of Tiger Woods. Known as the "IMG Photo," referring to Tiger's then-agency. Tiger signed this photograph in 1997 and even added the notation "Best Wishes!" In the past, PSA and JSA have wavered back and forth on whether these early signed IMG Photos are authentic or secretarial. But the prevailing current thinking in the hobby (and our belief) is that they are indeed genuine. In fact, this particular example is nearly identical and signed in the same gold pen as one that came with a 1997 Tiger Woods Foundation letter that we sold in our 2013 Winter Auction.
