Offered here is a rare First Day Cover (FDC) from the opening os the Robert T. (Bobby) Bobby Jones Course in Augusta, Ga on January 13, 1933. Though the name Augusta National Golf Club is now known the world over, back in 1933 Bobby Jones was the main drawing card. This FDC was postmarked on Augusta National's opening day in 1933. This is the first example we've seen that was sent via AirMail.
