Excellent condition. The 2nd item is an actual player-issued caddie yardage book for the 1999 Ryder Cup. The 1999 Ryder Cup was contested on a composite course created by using a mixture of 18 total holes of TCC's 27 total holes. This yardage book is a rare look into that "Championship Course" at one of the most exclusive golf courses in the world.
